take him to court or call the bbb

i'm all the way up in Wisconsin, so taking him to court would be way more expensive then 500

as I have stated before, we are making parts every day for backorders. everyone will get their parts or refund eventually.

I am not going to just totally screw anyone our of their money. but I have no extra resourses to send out refunds to everyone at the same time, nor do I have the time or money to buld all the parts at once. so people have to wait their turn and get their orders as they come.
