mike, josh leeds from chesapeake, va. i was just wondering whats the status of my uppers and lowers for 99 dodge dakota, shortened 1 1/2"? talked to someone at your shop a couple weeks ago and was told that theyed be built and shippped 2 weeks ago. ive been trying to call but it says your number is temp. disconnected. also ive sent you a couple emails but havent gotten a reply yet. is there another number i can contact you at, or is it possible to get an update on my order posted here. thanks

hey mike just wondering on my arms ordered 06-01-05 (89 dodge d-150 uppers and lowers)... i the list you had up has my name on there but im assuming it was for the chrome z for the watts i recieved last month and not the arms

just curious as to whats up

by the way you still need to send me that box so i can send you back the plane non chrome center piece from the watts link, i think you told me someone needs that part... if its ok with you and the customer i could send it to him rather then send to you... let me know

I cant send out a bunch every day as the shipping costs overwhelm me sometimes.

Im doing what I can tho and ship as many as I can.

Mike in Hawaii, I have posted before on yours. the holdup was a bushing for the lowers to make them adjustable. almost done. Ill email you a more detailed message.

James Manning, you are about 2 sets after Corey Dawson on Toyota orders. that means shipping this week.

Fernando, Ill be doing all my Mitsu backorders this week as well and some extras. shipping this week probably late in the week. email me and ill reply with more details.

James with the Ranger arms, Im doing them right now, and have been making Ranger stuff this week and over the weekend. Im at the shop now doing a set of Ranger lowers.
so yours will also ship this week.

Mike, ill send you a label for that part to send to the guy that wants it. I sent him a plain center to mock up his setup with.

Kyle, I have your crosstubes ready to ship as well for the Toyota arms.

Trey, your just simply wrong. I do the oldest orders, but I have to make several of one thing at a time to make it go faster. I cant simply build the oldest order right now. Im too far behind. I tried that when I first got behind and it just made it worse.

the guys that I made just their order loved it, but it made other orders that much farther out.

so I see that I have a few very old Isuzu orders and make all of them at once, even the ones that came in AFTER lets say a Ranger order.

then I find the next thing I have a bunch of people behind on, like Ranger, then I build all of them and a couple extra.

then move to the next thing, which in this case is a tossup between Dakota, GM fullsize and S-10.

thats how it works right now, and if I continue this, ill eventually catch up much faster than trying to build just one set of one thing.

that would mean making just one set of tubes and wasting about a foot of tubing on each upper and lower set versus bending a tube that looks like this VVVVVVVVVV then theres only 4 inches of waste on each end of the roughly 80" tube. then I cut in between each bend and theres enough bends for about 5 sets of upper arms. same thing on the lowers.

this saves an incredible amount of time. and it also makes an extra set of arms for me to sell to buy more materials.

its simple if you think of it that way. please understand that I am making progress and as I finish out one thing, in this case this week being Isuzu, Toyota and Ranger, Ill catch up SO much faster.

I should be able to knock out all the backorders of one style each week. the popular ones will take longer, like Dakota, GM fullsize and S-10.

You STILL havent told me anything about them, and Im not going to waste time emailing.

Mike Im not trying to be a dick in this very post right here..But here is a suggestion.If the shipping is overwelming and the parts are done.How about you do this.JUST SAY THE PARTS ARE DONE.I will bet you MOST people after waiting this long will PAY AGAIN for the shipping and they will be more satisfied than the parts being done waiting on your money to come in to pay for shipping.So It will cost you the same anyways on shipping if you say you charge only what UPS charges.Offer them to pay for the shipping again.And if they do BE HONEST and pay them back when you get the money in a resonable time. And make sure you do it.I think that would be a good step for you. What do you think..Or do i really want to know.
