I make several sets of one thing at a time. if I tried to cut every bushing tube, every inner sleeve, outer sleeve, every tube and bend for just one set, or the oldest order without doing anymore I really be behind.

so I make several sets at once to save time and help me catch up.
but getting behind makes me have to stop that sometimes and just make the oldest order to get someones parts whos all over me about them. that slows down the whole process.

so I like to make lots of parts at once, one of those I have to make alot of at once is Toyota. and I made many of those and had some extras that sold before yours were made. simple as that.

soon Ill have several of each on the shelf and will be able to do nothing but cut tubes one day and then bend tubes one and so-on.

that will save lots of time and ill be caught up.

why did 7 orders go out and only 5 were old?
simple, 2 were watts links. I make watts links on the weekend and keep 4 in stock. if I dont sell something, I cant make parts. so I cant make nothing but old orders or I would run out of money quickly.

so like the Isuzu I made this week, I made extra. so someone may buy them next week and get them in less time than you. its not something I like to do but I have to keep the doors open to be able to make parts.

when I get to the next thing im building next week, ill make extra, after I go thru everything I make, then I wont be behind, its a simple plan and it will work. it will take a while but ill get there and then have parts in stock.

I should have done this last summer when I was selling S-10 arms to SD too cheap. I was making 5 or 10 sets at a time. I should have made 5 or 10 toyota, Mazda, Nissan etc etc and I probably would be this far behind.

Terry. I got your email. Ill have these in a box before I go home tonight. Corey, yours are already in a box and I used the same tracking number you have already.

J Cordova, Ill finish your arms sometime next week. I shipped some Mazda arms already but havent gotten to your order yet.

the Frontier arms, I cant get the new upper balljoints or lower balljoints, so Ive been looking at screw in balljoints to see which fits the Frontier spindles. I just ordered about a dozen sc rew in balljoints of different sizes to see which fits best.

Im also looking at starting to include screw in balljoints with the Isuzu arms and any others I cant get a stock balljoint for or have to pay bigtime for.

Dakotas for example have expensive balljoints that suck. Chrysler had a recall on them also. im looking at a screw in for those as well. bt all this takes time away from the actual buildin process..

the simple facts are these:

im sending more than Im getting orders for.
im making extra sets
quality is up
the designs have improved
we have expanded the line

what more can I do? please tell me

"im sending more than Im getting orders for."

I found that funny, you have LOTS of customers waiting but you're sending out more orders than your taking. Some customers waiting OVER A YEAR for parts. Yet your worried about taking more orders.

Bad business ethics man, absolutely pathetic. I hope everyone gets a refund and you call it quits before your shot dead like that AJ guy that was mentioned above.

well its simple, I got 2 orders this week and shipped 7 boxes. how hard is that to understand?

Ive posted my UPS shipping history to prove it on another forum. even at xmas time when I had very little cash to buy my kids xmas, I still shipped a bunch of parts.

its easy to understand from where I sit, but from where most of you sit, im sure it looks very different.

If you wouldnt have ran off from that forum, or that thread alone, you might have read what Larry posted. Those UPS tracking numbers, a week later, still didnt work. Dont start that shit, thinking ppl dont read more then 1 forum.

I find it funny mike, you said in your response up there that you made 'extra toyota arms and they were sold before yours were made'.. how are they extra's if the past order wasnt filled? yet made AFTER someone who wasnt waiting, bought arms and are getting theirs? Or is it all 1 giant lie?
