thats 7 packages Ive sent out this week, 5 of which are old orders.

so you guys are a little off base here. Im building parts as fast as I can.

I also made all the Isuzu arms I had ordered this week. so as soon as I send Ben and Brian theirs, I wont be behind on Isuzu.

plus I have one set of 81-87 Isuzu upper and lowers, one set of 88-93 Isuzu upper and lowers, and one set of 81-87 Isuzu upper and lower for 88-93 spindles. that set is sold but the guy hasnt come to get them yet.

now, Im trying to finish and get all the Toyota stuff out. the GM arms I made earlier this week took a day longer than expected and I have more GM stuff to do over the weekend.

I will however make sure I do all my Toyota stuff and have some extra before starting any other projects. as I have said this saves me time and allows me to make more parts each week.

now, im also adding an update to mky website every day, ill tell what im making and what im gonna make.

so you think you got screwed over by mike listen to my story. I had a set of lowers that mike made me wait over 5 months to recieve. I had to get the truck out of the garage some art arms my friend traded me and by the time I got the arms I didnt need them. So I write Mike at BYC customs and ask if I could get a refund for my arms if I send them back because I know that so many people wanted a set and they were on backorder. He said sure as soon as he recieves them he will refund the money right into my paypal account. I was going to sell the arms if he didnt want to do a refund for me...keep in mind......so I took his word for it. This was way way back on October 13 2005 when the package was delivered to his shop. So 2 weeks go by and nothing in my account. I ask him what the problem is and he said he lost the paperwork and i had to give him all the information all over and then I wait another 2 weeks go by and I email him and he says...ohh I cant find your paypal transaction can you find it for me....I go and get that and email it to him....he writes back and says I will see the money that weekend. and nothing nothing at all. I was saving money for Christmas for my son Tristan and I was in dier need of my refund. I could have sold the arms to anybody. But mike promised me an instant refund. I have been emailing him since the last email he sent me back in the beginning of November. I write him an email every other day and he hasnt responded to a single one. He even states that he used my control arms to complete another order which is like a smack in the face to me. It is almost February and I still dont have a refund and my son still dont have a Powerwheels that I promised him for christmas. I am more than very upset and I check to see if I have gotten my refund everyday...Mike I need my refund and I need it now. It just isnt fair at all!

wrong, I sent one of the arms I got back from you to a guy that bent one of the old style arms, I cut the other one up.

so with that said where is my refund. You said that i would have it as soon as you got the arms back and that was oct 13 05. and i had to wait over 5 months to get em. When i was emailing you about me wanting to send the arms back.. and get an address the emails were immediate now i ask where my refund is and i havent gotten an email since the beginning of Nov. saying you were sending my refund that weekend. And with a slap in the face you cut up my arms and used them in a different order instead of sending them back to me so I could resell them on my own...tell me how this is fair

I'm gonna post in here 1 time just to try to help the situation. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE OR HAVE HAD AN ORDER WITH BYC PLEASE, AND I REPEAT PLEASE DON'T ADD TO THE PROBLEM HERE. As a business owner I can assure you that we all get behind on occasion. Let the man work on the problem. If he can't fix the problem, let the people involved handle it.
