Mike, I've IMed you a few times and emailed you at the email address you posted here and still had no responce. I need to know what's up on a refund or completing my order? My order was placed in june 05.

Jul. 15, 2005 i ordered a watts link you specified would be shipped "in a few days," after those few days turned into a month and a half, i built my own and filed a complaint through paypal and got my money back 59 days after the initial purchase. so that makes me a customer.

Hey Mike, have all the "completed" Toyota orders shipped or are shipping? Its now Wednesday, I would think that they should all be boxed and tracking numbers attached by now. You said they would be shipping this week. Lets see some tracking numbers, try to show some good faith on your word. If you truly have all the Toyota orders done, then there should be no excuse for them not to be shipped by the end of the week. If none of them go out, then you're just diggin yourself a deeper hole. You may be trying your best, but look at it from our point of view, how would you feel if you ordered a custom door for your house, I told you it was done and was shipping tomorrow, two weeks go by, and you still dont have a custom door. Then you call me, and I tell you, oh I changed the door knob design, it will ship this week. And it goes on for months and months. You would be pissed too! Good luck! Still waiting on Toyota and Nissan arm sets.

Hey Mike, any Toyota arms ship out yet?!?!? I've told you more than several times that I can have FEDEX pick them up, but you have never responded to me about that. If the arms are just sitting there, box them up and I will have them picked up. I havent got a reply yet from the last e-mail I sent you either. In fact, I bet there are alot of customers on here that would pay for shipping again if it meant that they would recieve their arms. PLease give everyone a realistic update. It would be better than feeding a bunch of bull or not answering at all.

I need to know when my Toyota uppers and lowers ship out as well. I checked the tracking number you gave me months ago and still nothing. Like they have already said,It's already Wednesday, so some of these arms should be shipping out. You are running out of week.....and when I do finally get these arms, they better be like the ones in the e-mail you sent me last and not those butt-welded style arms that people are posting in other forums. After this long of wait, they should be flawless. Please post on here as soon as these orders ship out so we will know when to expect to receive them. Thanks for your time. James
