Jon "pleasuresburban" was the one talkn to Mike's X-wife's Husband.. contact him for their info to get info on how to get ahold of someone in texas. But a good place would to call the Garland Sherrifs office or Garland PD since that is where court was held.

Ive already contacted the Attorney General of Texas & they are suppose to be looking in on this, but if everybody that got money stolen from them by this guy writes them & tells them what I have then they will have no choice but to do something about it!! Here is the address...write them & tell them who you are, who stole your money (Michael White-Barnyard Customs) & also include any proof that you have that you sent him money & when it was sent!! We have seen where you have contacted the Attorney General's Office of Texas, and this is a good thing. However, and not leaving this solely up to you alone, "EVERYONE" that he has ripped off or taken money from has to call or write to the Attorney General's Office of Texas, as you have shown the address, and Texas will check into it. We know for a fact that there is one warrant from Mississippi against Mud White, cashing over $1000.00 of a check that was sent to him and no parts received. At present time we are helping Mr. Mud Mike White ourselves hopefully be sent to prison this time for International and Domestic Fraud. There were people who were overseas that caught his add on the Web, responded, sent money to it, and as normal No Parts. We, as well as yourself know, Mud White still reads the site and keeps up with it and this is a good thing. We also know that he was busted big time by his "X" wife and myself and we are far from stopping now. Ourselves, we will have at least one if not two more court cases against Mud White for not telling the truth under oat on the stand, along with more, "Back Child Support and Medical Bills."
As stated on the web site, he lost his sorry ass and has to come up with $15,0000 before the 19th of Sept. and he did get 6 mos. in jail where he will work, and spend all his free time, nights, and any other time in jail behind bars for 6 mos.. Furthermore, he will pay for this jail cell, room and board so to speak.
Mud White as you all know by now, is a "True Thief, Liar, Dead Beat Dad, and will do anything he can to try and cheat other's out of their hard earned money. He's lazy, he doesn't know how to work and never has, plus he has vision of grandeur of being a big boss of which he couldn't be a boss in a "Romper Room Class. Oh, he talks a big talk about kicking someone's ass but trust me, the boy is a real, Chicken Shit. He might be a big person but has never been in a fight in his life. He brags of going to kick my ass and I've asked him out of his car before many times, but he speeds off like a real coward. We have police records where he has tried to break into our own home and Trust Me, if he tries it while we are home now, he'll see the fire of a Weatherbea looking him straight in the face. He is worthless, his credit it shot, he has money stashed away that you all sent and received no parts and with the help of this Margie Eubanks person, X-Mother-In-Law, that's all he's got. Plus she will soon be out of the Big Bucks herself as after we are done with Mud White and with you all doing your thing against him. I , myself and going to break her bank the legal way! "Trust me on this one."
However, Mud White's own parents won't bail his ass out of jail as he has done it time and time again, but with our law suits and such don't know just how much she will put up with his sorry ass and soon her sorry ass will be right there with him. In the courts.
Mud White has ripped you all off with his so called BYC business. He took the money and had no intentions of making the parts. He is not a certified or schooled welder. If you look at his liability, he hasn't any. So to myself as an engineer, if I were to spend say $10,000 bucks, and that is cheap on a car that you all like, and expect it to be safe and last . I sure as hell wouldn't of trusted a shade tree welder do my work. But, that's neither here nor there, one's own choice, and as noted in the web site also his workmanship isn't of very high grade quality and welding wouldn't pass for good "Mud Dobbing."
I realize you all didn't know Mud White like as I do, and it is a shame. He's a FAKE-Wanna Be, and always will be. His car that someone has show on the web with his pic , that's the car that he had all stolen parts on which created his second offense of stealing and his X-wife testified against Mud White in a court of law. This he is now serving Probation. So, you take all of this along with Mud White's stealing off everyone and the "X" wife wandering if they'll take her children away and take what she's worked for, and you tell yourself. Guess the "X" was smart enough to get out of their so called marriage before he'd lay the blame on her and the law would have her as an assessorr. She got her divorced clear and legal and got as far away from his sorry ass as thought possible, but six years of a new marriage of which they pay their bills, do what is right in society ect. own their own business, and he still is pissed and looses every time in the courts. But, guess like everything else with Mud White . -- "It is always someone else's fault but his." Dumb@ss."
So there you have just a gist of things and a very very small part of Mud Mike White. I know you all got screwed by one of the best Con Artist in Texas but you can retaliate. First keep what you are doing, and get EVERYONE TOGETHER. CALL AND WRITE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND DON'T LET MUD WHITE TRY AND INTIMIDATE ANYONE. He's busted, he has a record, and he's trash and a no body. With your copies of pay pal, checks and what ever. Always send copies only to the Attorney General. Talk with them and tell them your case. They will investigate his ass and they will take him down. Hopefully, just hopefully with all what we are and have done already for him for just our side alone, plus now with the lawyers and PI's that we've hired, we all can take this low life scum down. Mud White Might being such a good welder (NOT) and all, lets see how he likes making license plates behind bars.
It can be done ! Mud White makes the Hot Rod and Mini Truck owners look bad as some of the public thinks we all already are. I am a Muscle Car owner myself, and know you guys mean well, as been there do that. We are a group of fast cars, nice paint and fast wheels, and it is people like Mud White that hurts us all.
So you tell your association, friends on the web that he's screwed over and lets get him OUT of here and off the streets. If it isn't you, it'd be someone else and that you all can see on the web sites of how he's really put the screws to you men that have worked hard, done right, and not screwed over one another. I guess with Mud White,"There is no honor among friends." Just take them for their money and the hell with them. No offense Sir. Wasn't raised that way and darn sure didn't do it to my fellow "Hot Rodders."
As I have said in the beginning of this email to you . I don't know you but I too am a fellow Hot Rodder from way back. From the KRGT500 Shelby Cobra to now the 81 Special Additon -Limited Addition with factory Nitrus TA, love the need for speed and looks yet. But this Trash of screwing over one another for one's own personal gains isn't right.
