Jason wanted arms Tig welded, I already had a Hobart Tigmate. but it wasnt enough to tig 1/4" thick DOM tube. so I bought a Cybertig II on ebay, but it didnt work after we had it shipped here, so we had to go buy a Synchrowave 250 brand new.

sold the Tigmate on ebay a while back, guy came got it and its great.

went the shop closed I sent the Synchrowave over to Daniels house since I owed him money, told him to sell it for me.

I wasn't going to post anything on here because in the end it's really not going to help any. and in Jon's post about mike not having a business licence... I'm not sure either, but Barnyard Customs isn't listed in Rockwall's business directory.

BYC is in Rockwall County, not in the city of Rockwall, no licence needed. I am registered in the county with a DBA, thats a "doing business as" and thats all you have to have in Rockwall county.

first the case over my kids was initiated by me. I sued HER, along with HER mother.

the case is in Collin County Texas and the case number is 416-53138-00

please check it out for some interesting reading.


those of you you aho are fathers, know that you dont forget for kids birthday. it just doesnt happen. but Hawk doesnt have any kids, so he wouldnt know.

the truth is they simply didny allow the boys to answer the phone. so we sued them for it, and won.

we sued them for visitation, and won, even lots of extra days.

we sued them for internet email access and won, we sued them to pay for the return trip, and won.

we sued them to keep them from moving any farther away, and won.

thats just the few points we won on.

if Hawk would like to keep going, ill post pics of every page of every document on the case, where they lost time after time.

oh, I also have phone records to prove when I called, and also ,most times shoed that the call was like 5 seconds, because they didnt answer or let the machine get it with the ringer off.

again, thats why we sued, and won.


only in the last few years have I been behind on child support. I got behind when I was driving my own truck, fuel prices went up and cents per mile didnt.

thats the reason I got out of the truk in the first place.


BYC was going to help me get back on track.


and we have had insurance on the boys since they first went up there in 2001


I have the policy to prove it. so thats another lie he is busted on.


secondly, can you even read that thing he wrote? he cant form a sentence, cant spell.


also, the reason hes mad at me and HER mother is we had a background check done on him....

and it wasnt good...

his claims
that he was an Indian tribal chief.. wrong, born in Illinois, and not Indian in him at all.

claimed he had a ranch in Wyoming, turns out they went up there for the first time in 2001 and rented a house... big ranch huh

claimed he was in the Navy, as a Seal, the department of the Navy says they have never heard of him and he wasnt in any branch of the miltary.

he doesnt have all the degrees he claimed either, just one from Oklahoma....

hes been married 8 times, and I have found 3 of those and he cheated on all of them numerous times.

keep it up hawk an ill post all those emails on my website...along with the documents I have from the private investigator.

HER mother and father run a successful trucking business and are well respected in the community.

thats simple as that. they are the reason the boys have so much here in Texas.

they come here and want to stay. they have bicycles, motorcycles, 4 wheelers, go karts, scooters, sand piles, a pool, and any toy they could ever want.

unlike up there where they get toys taken away. we sent them a playstation game, Tony Hawks skateboard game, it was taken away.]

even though the hawk bought them Grand Theft Auto 3, real good choice there Hawk...

they threw away the magazines I sent with my truck on the cover, and the BYC t shirts as well.

when the boys are here they wear the shirts all the time.

they hate Hawkeye, they call him the "smoking rock"

they say hes mean to their mother and mean to them.

he locks the pantry so they cant get food until they clean their rooms. they get no sodas when they are bad and cant even have dinner until they clean their rooms...

lets address some of his BS

first, I was with HER for 10 years, from may of 1990 until october of 2000

I worked for her parents and so did she. they gace us some land, we put a house on it, and lived there for several years. then they built a new house and we moved into their old house.

they paid the bills on the house. I had the shop out back, and built 90% of the sled there.

she worked 4 days a week, came in at 9 and got off at 4. easy life huh... even got to bring the kids to work, which was about 50 feet from the house....

after I cheated on her in 2000, she cheated on me and filed for divorce in late 2000. then we got back together on a just sleeping together basis and went to Reso that winter, well she was seeing him then....
but me as well.. lol.

she even called him from the MGM grand in Vegas where we were staying...

man that bathtub was great in that room...

once around Xmas, he called and she was mad at him, and actually told him I was in bed next to her.... hahahaha



anyway, her parents and him got along ok for a long while... even went to Wyoming in the fall of 2001





UNTIL... we had the bankground check done... that set them both off... because what we found was alot of his lies, his 8 marriages.... he even has 2 social security numbers... ill post those soon...

then they start with the not answering the phone....and not letting us have the boys for holidays...

so we sue, and win visitations and phone calls....

so they give us the new phone number but harly ever answer...

so we go back to court again, and get the details included, answering machine, callbacks when they miss a call, email access....

not all of this at once, it took several modifications to the original suit...


then we get more days in the summer, and they have to pay for return flights..






so yes, hes mad at me......he has to pay...

I call every time im supposed to, write emails, and see them when they come down.

when I see them for the first time they want a soda....





then they get here and want to play playstation and with their legos and all the toy I buy them here...

we go to my dads house at the lake and go out on the boat, they play with their two cousins (my brothers kids) that are the same ages...





we go to my moms, they go to HER moms, play in the pool, ride the 4 wheelers, gokarts, etc





they have fun, every summer we go to some place for a while and just relax for vacation...


I dont have alot of money to spend, but we have fun anyway...

everyone already knows I have a felony, and Im in the last 5 months of my probabtion.

the most days Ive spent in jail was 6, for driving with an "invalid" licence.

why was it invalid? because in Texas, you get caught driving with no insurance and you get a state fine of 525 bucks. I missed a payment paying that fine and it automatically gets made invalid...


once again, money is the reason. if I was such a crook I would have taken someones parts money and paid that, but no, I used that money to build someones parts...

so fuck you hawkeye, just keep going and all your dirty laundry will be here too...
