Someone is living in the backwoods evidently. Your property, although belonging to you, does not restrict an officer to walk on it. If it is fenced it is one thing, but I am not going to get into technicalities with some war mongrel.

And yes my yard is fenced in and clearly states Absolutely no trespassing. Calling me a war monger for shooting to kill some dummy outside my home with a weapon in clear view police officer or not?? Well that to me is just smarter than the idiots that dial 911 first. And trust me dude if i pointed any one of my weapons at you the trigger would be squeezed. I honestly never would hope that any situation came to that but this whole thing was all in theory anyway. I just made a point of not all Americans are poor defenseless morons that have to depend on a police officer to protect them. After all the first law enforcement came from weapon carrying citizens like myself. But hey while on this whole theory thing who says the person outside hasnt cut the phone/cable lines outside as well?? Go ahead and try to walk in my yard and take a dump on my front lawn cause gauranteed the last one youll ever take!! Anyway before this pointless thread gets banned I wanted to kinda clear it up a bit more again considering in my last statement I figured it would be taken out of text. Which you even copied and showed. As for backwoods well knowing my rights and the laws better than our "law enforcement" officers just seems funny as hell to me. Anyway if you do decide to put on that uniform and ride up one day hit me up for sure. Ill gladly take up any offer to test out just how stupid some people really are, being in uniform will just prove our point of certain cops being pricks and stupid. Hate to tell you, but FL law does not allow you to "shoot anyone that enters your property." Might want to check up on your legal guidelines before you end up getting raped by some monkey in state prison.

To use deadly force, you have to be in fear of your life, and unfortunately for you, a person walking around your house does not constitute being in fear of your life. What could have happened if that person was a murdered, blah, blah, blah, is irrelevant because you cannot act on what could have happened if the person is showing no signs of putting you in fear. And yeah, you can lie all you want about what that person did to put you in fear, but I can guarantee you won't get away with it.

Your civil rights do not allow you to shoot someone just because they entered your "private domain."

Sigh...wrong once again. That "new law" which is actually an old law redefined allows one to meet force with force, in the event that they cannot retreat and it is a last resort. So, in essence, if you see someone walking outside wearing a blue uniform, shiny badge, patches on both arms, a flashlight, and a gun, go ahead and try to shoot, if you do, I will be there to support everyone when they inject you on death row for killing a cop.

And again, you go on about "threatening you with a gun." An officer walking outside your residence with his firearm is clearly not defined as a threat, sorry son.

So exactly what is a cop supposed to be, a hardass prick or someone who can joke around and call people names, have a good time, act like a normal person, what is it? Either way, whatever you percieve, 500 other people are going to percieve things differently. If law enforcement in America, or your part of the woods in which you reside, is that bad, why not try living in a place where law enforcement is non-existant and you have to live in fear of some terrorist blowing you up at the local grocery store...
