98 S-10 dash in a 95? Please help.

hey guys i've got a 95 s10 blazer i'd like to put the newer 98 dash in. how big of a task is this and is it possible? are there any issues such as wiring, brackets, etc that need to be addressed? Thanks for your help!

Good luck on wiring! I tried just what you want to do. As I remember, 95 had about 32 wires (ribbon connections) in the gauge cluster and the 98 had 24. But the 98 had more bells and whistles, go figure. I think you have to change more than its worth to screw with the gauges anyway.

If you want them I have the pinouts for both clusters.
