i know its not minitruck but i am and im away from home and my wife is driving me crazy.....our home heater will not shut off anyone have any ideas???

you could have a relay gone bad (fan) or you thermostat could be bad the low voltage may be touchin i.e. white wire = heat red wire =24 volts your common, is it gas or electric heat strips lemme know ill help out on the phone if need be

its hard for me to fix it cause my wife is there and im in korea soo i have to walk her threw everything

you have a heat pump, first of all is your fan in auto or on, i'm guessing you turned have it turned to auto but it won't click off. Next thing is, do you have the emergency heat turned, make sure this is off.

What is the thermostat reading, does it say something crazy like it thinks your house is 30 degrees?

A temporary solution until you can get a technician out to your house would be to turn the switch off to the unit inside. When it starts to get cold turn it back on. You could have a short somewhere on the board, or in the wall, or in the thermostat, something is calling for heat. Try taking apart the thermostat and disconnect the wires. If it is still running with the thermostat disconnected then it's probably shorting at the unit.
