I got the Kustomwerks arms...they took a couple months but ARE WORTH IT!

the facts are these guys.
we reduced costs at the shop by getting rid of one stall and also now Im the only one building parts. no employees to pay.
I moved into a smaller house.
I have reduced costs on everything except the materials I build parts with. im spending every dime that comes in on materials and shipping.
I got 4 orders last week, 2 for watts links and 2 for arms. I also shipped 6 boxes of parts last week and already have 4 ready today that will ship today. plus ill be here friday and saturday while most shops are closed.
true we dont have the cash to buy the materials to build everyones parts, but we are making parts every day and sending them out.
I drive a 97 escort, no nice ride, just paid for and good on gas.
for the first time since last year, everything is paid for, the welders, compressors, everything in the shop is mine and I dont owe on any of it.
Im now back to the basics, just building parts every day all day. no prototypes, just the proven parts we have made before. we do now make watts links and trans crossmembers as well.
I will not screw anyone out of their money, listen to Texascamber, or sherm the worm, they come out here and know me, they will tell you I have never screwed anyone out of money on parts. I never will, this minitruck scene is my life and Im here to stay. Ive been doing this longer than most of you have been alive and seen things come and go. I finally got to do this fulltime last year and now im going to make it work no matter what.

you sir have parts made out of pipe, not tubing, will they work, yes, but pipe is nowhere near as strong as DOM
the magazine ad says DOM, but thats not DOM in the pic in the ad.
I dont mean to know Kustomerks, I think they have very good designs.
but the ads in the magazines say DOM, but in the other ssm forum, they say they dont use DOM, but soon will. the ones in the above pic are not DOM.
I feel we make a quality part and actually DOM is not as expensive as you might think.
1&1/4x1/4 wall goes for about 4.50 a foot.
but the overall price of tubing used to make parts is not the biggest cost, its the balljoints and bushings. laser cut brackets and plates also are a huge expense.

since my truck isnt in the "proven parts" category, since i think youve only had 1 other order for them, should i expect to wait even longer than everyone else. not trying to sound like a dick, im jsut curious. ive got $330 invested, and for a college boy, thats a lot of beer/rent money. ordered aug 9

rigo, I toldd you I have parts for you. I just cant afford to ship too many sets each week. I have set aside a set for you and ill ship them as soon as I have the money to.
Bryan, email me about those. I have made several sets for Isuzus and I have a set of uppers on the shelf. these are proven parts man, I do have a jig for those and even have jigs for the 81-87 trucks as well.
Terry, I have a set for you as well, just a matter of getting all the balljoints and all that together.
im doing this by myself again so it takes time.
