We do business occasionally with BYC. Never had a problem getting parts except once, but he was honest with us upfront and told us he was waiting on parts. He next day aired our order as soon as he got the parts he needed.

well i bent a kustom werx arm. i was a little dissapointed when i seen it after stipping the truck down. but i am gonna put it on the press and try and plate the entire top and bottome of it with 1/4 wall and see if the will help. i think its because the owner had to drive with the truck fully aired up to turn. who knows. i'll get it fixed though so no big deal

Just in case everyone missed there used to be a thread called I CAN'T GET AHOLD OF BYC!!!!!!! that was a threat that I was trying to continue because it was the only place Mike would respond but aparently everyone got there parts or they just gave up on getting becasue there were people that waited over a year for parts. not sure where they are now but owell this is a lost casue!!!
Sorry to bother everyone especially Mike I guess I'll just give up too. It's just $500 bucks.
