You honestly think they don't get enough bullshit complaints about being pulled over? If you think a cheif of police is going to entertain someone upset because they got pulled over "for no reason" (because dragging isnt wrong) you got another thing coming. From the sounds of it, homie didnt even get a ticket, so quit yer bitchin and ride out!
Lastly, if you were driving around aimlessly for 30 minutes in a specific area, i would think that would constitute a reason for being pulled over, sounds suspicious to me.

i'm sure he had a reason. railing is illegal and all, do you have mufflers on that "502" because if not he could get you for improper equipment. Also, does your town require lift/lower laws? It could be a number of things or maybe he just wanted to pull you over to check out your ride. don't make such a big deal out of it.

That can't be profiling. because as we all know "Profiling is Wrong!" but no seriously your just gonna have to get used to it. as long as you have a license and insurance just don't give a shit. i passed a county mounty one day going around a 45 degree corner that was kinda bumpy and i wasn't even keeping up with traffic in front of me, but the dumbfuck whipped into a church parkin lot and chased me down and pulled me over cuz "It looked like you were hauling ass the way your truck was bouncing over the bumps" and then he noted that i had air ride and he's like oh well sorry i see why you were bouncing now. so i'm just gonna give you a no seatbelt ticket because i'm an asshole.... THANKS ASSHOLE
oh and then there was teh night i got pulled over by a rookie out on his first night. it was hilarious because the guy was already writing someone a ticket when i passed (keep in mind my nissan lifted was over stock height and i wasn't speeding) but this little shit jumped back in his cruiser and chased me down not 500 feet from the other car he just pulled over. he didn't even have a reason except my truck had led tail lights. he didn't give me anything tho.
oh and i've also been pulled over cuz the cop wanted me to play with my air for the rookie he was training.
