My S10 SFBD on 20/22's by Hellbent

damn man, i know i told you to just wait it out before, and it seems to be straightened out, but going that long with no update, or any communication sucks. hopefully it all works out, and i know the Hellbent guys are good guys. i was also trying to contact them for a while to get work done, and could NEVER get ahold of them. sent atleast 5 emails, and called atleast 10 times over the period of 2 months. but post those pics when you can!

Taken PRACTICALLY 5 minutes to sit down and return an email to one customer who is obviously concerned, due to the numerous emails and messages, is not asking much. Its real easy, keep customers happy via personal communication and that would keep them from coming on here to publically produce the situation. Fabin is part of the game, stayin on time and keepin customers happy is another. Hard to manage the three, but thats what that business is all about.

With that said good luck with it. Lets see some pics.

i'm sure it is hard to manage and that is my only gripe. i personally think people have forgotten that even though this is a hobby and shit, its still a business. to me businesses have a responsibilty to their customers. with that said i hope my concerns will be a thing of the past. here are a cpl new pics.

well i'm sure after four months since posting someone may be interested in an update... well so would I!! I have heard nothing in four months and my calls and emails have gone unanswered, i think i've been pretty patient, hell its been over a year since they've had my truck. Crazy thing is I dont know if its in the same condition as the last pics or one bolt away from being complete. the only fact is I have no idea. Needless to say customer service has been thrown out the window. funny thing is i may now get an update cause thats what it took four months ago, for me to post on here to get one.

I started to think I was being impatient until I looked at the date of my last post and noticed it was 4 months old, I think thats pretty patient. just venting a bit, what else can i do at this point...

youve deffinentally been patient enough...by far.

take a ride up there. at this point, even if it is major fab work, i would be talking to someone. BBB or some shit if it doesnt get out soon...........with quality work done, not cheap shit.
