wish i had some updates for you guys, but i havent had any in about 2 months. the guys have been going through a slow down due to moving shops and i was told they'd be working on my truck to get it out cause of the work backing up. i have full confidence in them, but i just feel like i havent been getting any feedback. i was wondering if yall could give me an opinion if i'm just over reacting and stuff, or do i have room for concern. my truck has been there for 7 months now and the last update i have is what yall see. i have been told that the cab was test fitted and the rear setup was being worked on. is this about the right pace? i guess i'm just more annoyed of the lack of communication which is bad customer service. i understand being busy, but if you're too busy to call back your customer, you should scale down your work and not try to do too many things at once. anyways just wanted yalls opinion cause i was just concerned and getting annoyed from not hearing anything.

Honestly no bull sh*t i get an update each day my truck is even touched. What was done what's next whats goin to be needed what works what didnt work what we need to get to make it work... now my build is a bit more extensive then yours but still they should at minimum give you a weekely update with as much money as your paying to get this done you should be informed of whats goin on ... just my $.02.... and by the way my truck is only being built by one guy with 2 buddys helping him out on the occasion... and its gotten to your stage and passed it in less then 3 1/2 months......

dude this shit happens...mine has been getting worked on for 3 1/2 years...its been in AZ for almost 2 years gettin paint bodywork and smoothing the frame and other bullshit...I dont really care cause when it comes out i know its goin to be the shit. just dont rush them and get a hack job.ive learned that from past experience.

hmm this sux. but dont get me wrong, i'm not rushing them, but i think theres a point to where some kind of work or update is required. this is not turning into a bashing thread, i was just wondering if i was being impatient. i just think i need updates and be kept up to speed, especially since its not in the same city, let alone state that i live in.
i also hate being that guy that calls and annoys people, but its almost like i need to do that to get any repsonse.

mine took that long just for a backhalf and minimal bodywork....but maybe i didnt "pay enough" to get it done faster.
difference between my truck and your truck man, is yours is getting built by some people who care about the final product. just hold a little patience with them. it will be worth it in the end.

Ben how long did it take for that back half and "very minimal" bodywork? Should have pic of the new paint on my profile 2day, after they are reviewed.
