werd i hear ya. i got a bit of info. you know the saying "its hard to find good help" well that seems to be the issue. the guys are backed up and cant seem to find people to just take care of minor shit while they take care of the big things. come to find out these simple tasks like keeping customers up to date was nto being done by the people hired. so it causes unneeded stress. anyways i hope they find someone capable of helping so they can continue to churn out top notch rides.

wish i had some updates, but i havent heard anything since last post, over two months ago. whats worse is i've left muiltiple emails and voice mails with no response.

at this point i am getting very concerned. does anyone kow whats going on? are they still in business? i need to know something cause i have put alot of money into this and it is now 9 months since my truck has been there. i have talked to other customers and been getting the same type of repsonse that it takes up to a year to complete the work. now i guess if i knew this up front i wouldnt be too concerned, but when i was told 4 months tops, i am concerned. when i see others shops's trucks started after mine and being done before mine, i get concerned. on top of that when i see other customer's rides that has gone to the shop after mine and theirs being doing before mine i get concerned.

my biggest gripe is still communication. i have never dealt with any business that does not return phone calls or messages. especially when spending this type of money. is asking for an update to my property wrong? am i being impatient? if anyone is up in that area, could you give me any info.

i still stand by their quality and work, i just dont have trust in the customer service side of the house. i hope i hear something soon cause i dont know what to do.

im sorry to hear that man. I hope it all works out well for ya,

I think your well within your reasoning, asking for a reasonable update, and info on whats going on is completely understandable.

I hope it all works out for ya.

I had a past customer drop in this morning and he said that he had read a couple of things about the shop on streetsource this morning. Sorry you have been concerened about your truck and what's going on. I'm still short handed and having to deal with several things at one time. What it boils down to is I prefer to be in the shop working on your truck instead of talking about it on the phone or computer. Every time I sit down to answer e-mails or call people back I get side tracked and end up back in the shop working. I sent you a couple of pics over to you this morning. Once again, sorry about not getting back to you. ROD
