Is there a way to fit a 84-85 GSL (lsd) diff into our pig. Since ours is a 3.909 and and a T2/GTU or GXL has a 4.10 ratios, it would be more practical to go lower for more speed at lower rpms. What happens if we mix the pinion and ring of the B2200 and a diff of a 84-85 rx7? Has anybody done that b4?

How would the RX7 rear ratio affect the 2.0's mpg, highway rpms and shift patterns? Sorry, I'm an idiot when it comes to gear ratios and all that good stuff.

time to bring back a slightly old thread. i was wondering if you could use this instead of swapping axels when i swap the 302?

revising thread once again... what is the gear ratio of the rx7 diff as opposed to that of the b26 4x4?

I did the swap. Took the tortion type LSD out of a 89 rx7 gtu unbolted the long pinion and housing and bolted it straight up to my short shaft and stock housing. not difficult at all. Just heavy. Check out my pics.

did you check backlash or gear ratio when you put the rx7 ring on the B pinion? btw, i couldn't find your pics, can you post a link please.
