17yr old minitrucker lost to Cancer

As some of my closest friends might know, my family and I have been helping build a custom truck along with the Make A Wish Foundation for a young man named Allen Huizar. He is my little brothers best friend. He has had Cancer for over four years now. We recently rushed to finish his truck a few weeks ago. I am overwhelmingly sad to say he passed away on wednesday at 11pm. I would like to share pictures of his truck, his family and friends who gathered to see his new truck and a picture of him and his family. I would like as many people possible to know him, as he knew all of you by studing SSM, and all the mags. Thanks again for taking the time to get to know just a little about such a wonderful person.

i am very sad to hear this, cancer is a part of both my and my wifes family. i wish his family the best.

That is really sad to hear. Its no fun to lose someone near and dear to you. My Uncle died of cancer a year ago, September. He was in the Dukes Car Club for over 40 years. His friends are finishing his projects so do the same for Allen. Show him what his truck looks like finished.

its always sad to hear about anyone falling victim to cancer. i had an uncle pass away the night before a show last year as i was helping a friend finish his body drop. it really hits you hard knowing that there are things that can take a person from you in that short of a time frame. i hope he enjoyed all the time he spent on here and learnin the sport and my thoughts are with him and everyone affected by this.

sorry to hear that he went at such a young age..I am sure he would love to see his truck finished so finish it and drag it real good for him.. Post up the pics again they are red boxes..

my god be with his friends and family. all of my club will show in 2006 with in memory stickers. loosing anyone from this sport is a loss. CRAVING CONCRETE-lead by example
