I live not far from there, but have her file a complant with paypal, if he can't provide a tracking number, they will get her money.

it's the other way around, the chick paid, left good feedback about recieving the stuff fast and all, then had her credit card company revoke the charge and they took the money from my sis's paypal account... she's still working on "winning" it the right way, just pisses me off that people do shit like this.

I'm not far from there either(30 mins.). Most of the city is crap, there is not many areas of it that are nice.
