got a skuff on my billet 24s

hey guys, some how i got a little scuff on the outter hoop of my 24s,

how do you file down the wheel, sand it, and polish them? what type of material do you use.

Take a NEW file of finer grade (not wood type) and cut down the beed all the way around or untill it blends well. Push from the outside of the rim and push lightly. Go slow and tape up the end of the file so you dont scrach the inside of of the rim. Wet sand with 400 then 600 then use mothers till your fingers fall off.
