how do you take pictures like this

can you do it with a digital camera? There are a few features on my camera that i've never used and i was just curious how you guys take the pictures where the center of the picture sticks out the most...

you need a fisheye lens

Or a program that does the fisheye effect after the fact.

If you have Kodak easyshare it is on there.

you can also use a wide angle lens up close like that. but a fish eye lens works a lot better .it gives more of a bubble effect. and those rims look sick.
