If you really want a turn key ford motor, i could get with the guys across the street from my shop. They build high preformance ford racing motors for nascar and drag racing. They could build it to your specs and dyno test it, but it might be expensive though, im not really sure.

i dont need much horse power i just want it for my ranger nothing fancy just about 300hp fuel injection.

Well, these guys wouldnt be who you want to talk to, they play with carbs mostly. If i were you i would be on the look out for a "salvage" or totaled mustang. Pull the motor and electronics, and rebuild if needed. A brand new injected 5.0 with all the electronics would be very pricey.

e-bay has new and used some with tranny and computer, sometimes you can come across really good deals.
