engine work in illinois or indiana

i'm lookin for a reputable shop to do some engine work for me. I've got a 93 2.3 liter ranger. It needs to be competly gone thru and a new wiring harness. Now comes the part that i'm havin problems findin someone to do. I'm wantin to relocate as much stuff as i can inside the cab, since i'm gonna make a new dash for it. Almost everybody ive talked to can rebuild it, but it's the making it look clean and as much hidden as i can that i'm havin problems with. sorry for the long post but i'm lookin for some help and maybe some shops that could help me out
