?s about billet steering wheels in a 95-99 dodge neon

ok guys i live in california, ive heard ALOT of bullshit about wether or not i can put a allumnium steering wheel in a car with an airbag, i plan on pulling the air bag myself i did my civics passanger side one with out it popping. ill be doing the same with the neon on both sides and i wanna know if anybody knows what adapter ill need and if its gonna get me harrassed

I know we can have a Grant adapter for that year/model.

As for the harrassement, it all depends on the laws...over here we don't have any problem with aluminum steering wheels (a cop told us so).
