Looking for a project mini

Hey guys im tossing around the idea of getting a mini. I want a project, something that is already bagged but needs work (interior, paint, stereo, etc). It also needs to run and drive or needs little work to run and drive. This is gonna be a dd when I am done with it cuz my damn jeep gets like 10mpg on the highway. I would prefer an older style toyota or older style ranger but would also consider mazdas, s10s, datsuns, nissans, mitsus, etc. I need it to be already bagged though because i dont have a garage and live in a campus apartment complex where you cannot work on cars in the parking lot. Let me know what you got. I would like to spend under $2500

Ive found a few on mautofied.... but a lot of the owners dont seem to respond to emails, phone calls, etc. Plus I know theres a lot of people on here that put for sale in their profiles but dont list them because they are still working on them or whatever.
