the motor in my 84 cadillac has a bad headgasket and i was wondering if it would be easier to fix the headgasket or replace the motor. if i replace the motor where would i get a direct bolt on new one

is it the 4100 motor? If so, its not that hard. We did one in my brother in laws car about 6 months ago.
