CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH HTML

I was just curious if I could get someone to help me?!?! I want a Dolphin cursor for my profile I can cant seem to figure out how to do it.. HELP!!!!

Do you have the link to the cursor you want? i have the code for inserting cursurs into profiles! let me know!

I cant figureout any of this HTML stuff. I have worked on it for hours and cant get it to work.

i just left a link for a complete walk through dude!!! if you can't figure it out by the walk through you shouldn't be on here,lol
