accord cylinder brackets

I have been getting fucked around by this guy on ebay that sold me cylinders and brackets but the cylinders have a 1 inch shaft and the brackets are for a 1/2 inch shaft. This guy is a complet jerk off well now im lookin for new brackets and cylinders if anyone knows where I can get the right shit that would be great. thanks alot
