frame buliding programs

does anybody know of and good frame buildin autocads?? i cant seem to find one i must be stoopid...

Sounds like your new to CAD. Go to Staples or whatever office supply store you have near by and buy Quickcad. It has more than enough functions to draw up a frame, just no 3D rendering, which you don't really need unless you like jerking off to what you just drew.
