my valves have all the power wires ran to them. the battery is brand new.there all grounded properly but they dont make any noise when i hit the switch. i hooked the valve up directly to the battrey to see if they werent grounded poprely but thats not the case they didnt make a sound.and they are brand new bliztluft valves from fbi. any help would be great.

if none of them make noise then check little things like is the battery grounded to the chassis. or it might be as much as the new battery doesnt have a charge on it when it came to you. stranger thing have happened. the chance that all of your valves is possible but very slim. it is also possible that the piece of the vehicle that you are grounding the valves to is not connected directly to the chassis of the vehicle. therefore not properly grounded. i hope this helps.
good luck

blader valves have to have air press to make them work or to mutch psi will make them not work

the valves are brand new , the battery has a charge , the truck starts and runs. the switch box is wired fine, just no valves click. it seems to me that he got a bad batch of valves and the solenoids are bad. i wired them right off the battery bpassing the switches, to test them with a power and ground and nothing happened. it just seems odd that all 8 solenoids on the valves are bad.

kurt is right about bladder type valves needing air pressure to work. i dont know much about the valves you have but i have heard it before that lack of air pressure solved the problem. i personally have never used blitzluft before. i guess its just personal prefrence. good luck

bliztluft valves have three prongs i beleave and if so your third prong with the ground symbol, or the odd prong, dont get used.

are you using the right terminals? should be the two terminals that face each other. the solenoids are electric so they will work whether they have psi behind them or not, the scenerio they are talking about is that the valves may not stay closed properly and will leak of no psi is behind them, but the electrical portion of the valve should still work. (i.e. you should still hear a click). go through the steps systematically, there is a 1 in a billion chance that all of your vavles are bad. i've seen situations where the wire tothe valve is too small and won't let the valve work properly. try using the two terminals that face each other, connect one to the + of the battery (use a 12 or 14 gauge wire) then tap the other terminal (with a 12 or 14 gauge wire) to the negative of the battery. this is with just the valves, no switchbox or controller, airline etc, hooked up. you should hear a click that tries to open the valve. post back results, we'll go from there.

the problem has no been taken care of , the solenoid on the valve we tested was bad and the one that is labeled ground , isnt acutally the ground and the terminal that sticks out of the solenoid, was not soddered like all the others so the was no connection on the one valve but all 7 others work fine, but thanks for all of your help
