does the insurance prices go up you have a bagged truck with rims? i have statefarm let me know.
here, unless you get custom insurance if your truck gets totaled you only get it's book value. Regardless if you have custom wheels or bags or what not.
be careful what you tell them, i wouldn't tell them it's bagged, I think the best bet is to take some pictures of it sitting at a driveable hight and give them copies and tell them the extra dollar value you want to add to the policy, be as vague as they'll let you or they may drop it from what i hear, just say suspension/rims/stereo and you should be fine, rates will go up, but not too much at all usually, they should be able to quote the change pretty easily.
i know on progressive.com you can just enter the dollar value of custom add on's and it'll just edit your policy no problem.
My insurance guy knows that all my trucks are on air suspension and has even seen pictures of me dragging it....He doesnt seem to care either way! I paint for a local bodyshop for a living and some of the insurance adjusters told me that if the accident isnt your fault and you have receipts for the parts, they have to pay to have them replaced. Not sure if all ins. co are like this but they payed for all my stuff when a woman pulled out in front of me.
here is a cool article about insurance that was in gauge magazine back in april.
gauge article
i think if it isn't your fault the other company will pay for it, unless of course you get while driving to school through the ghetto, which oddly enough some people don't have insurance.
I have full coverage, so my insurance paid for it but they almost totalled my truck out, two months after being bagged.

I have Farmers and that's like what they did on my old Yukon. I had an extra $3k worth of insurance over the truck's value to cover the wheels and stereo. It ended up being like $15 or $20 extra a month to have it covered.
