Bonspeed sale

i remember seeing the Bonspeed rims go on sale on the streetsource store last year. Is this an annual sale? This winter i am definately getting rims, and i want the bonspeed wheels. I just would like to know when i should have money ready to buy some rims for the mazda. thanks for any info!
