Best way to remove stock hinges?

I am current suiciding my doors and im trying to figure out the best way to remove the hinges the door already is swinging reverse. I just need some feedback on what I should do to get rid of the welds on the old ones.

maybe cut out around it and then weld a plate in there, grind the welds down, little bondo boom

should find some spot welds to pop out.

how would you pop them out
i got an air hammer i got every thing to do it, it was just binding the metal when i wedged it in there?

from what i remember hinges ive seen arnt spot welded thier welded around the edges.
yeah there a bitch to remove an air hammer does do it.
tho whatch out cos thats a load bearing part of the car so dont weaken it too much, cut and weld a plate.

grind the paint off them and you should see the spot welds..drill those out and knock them off with a hammer...or some hinges are welded on the edges...cut the welds..hammer off..it cant be that hard...

when i say pop i mean drill and hammer.
