GOOD DEAL??

I FOUND A 79' DATSUN KING CAB FOR SALE FOR $1,425.00. IT HAS A 4-CYLINDER & A 4-SPEED. THE BODY IS EXCELLENT, AND SHOWS ONLY 85K MILES. I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT DATSUNS, AND I WAS WONDERING IF THIS IS A GOOD PRICE FOR THIS TRUCK.

I just picked up a 93 toyota without a drop of rust (shocked the shit out of me too) for $500, this is my next project so you can do the math. Seems alittle high for a 79 but I could be wrong.

Heres the deal, 79 Bulletside alreay has front disc brakes, and with 85,000 miles, and King Cab, Oh hell yes..Better yet... no dont buy it. Gimme the phone # ..

well i bought my 75 620 longbed for 25 dollars, and it needed a carb and clutch, but its had one owner and 67000 miles, so its your call

Seems a little steep to me. However, if the engine, interior, suspension, tranny, and everything else is in excellent shape, you might've just saved yourself some money in the long run. Its really all in the buyers eyes. If you think this truck is worth it, then yea, I'd say so. Me? I'd offer a little less, just cause I'm a cheap bastard!

ya i agree offfer a grand but im betting the truck has prolly more miles then the 85k they say my advise just be carefull
