I need some tips and pics of z'ing the frame

any kind of how to instructions and or pics of z'ing the frame would help me out a lot. any kind of general info. about it or even a pic. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to help me out on this!

z-ing is real simple just start with u truck on jack stands, and level in every axis, then try to cut on a more horizontal part of the front clip before the control arms, u probally wont have to raise the front clip more than 2", depending on clearance u may need to raise u tunnel and adjust u trans cross member. then vut the ront frame horns and lower it the same amount as u raise tha front clip for proper liment for the bumper.i'll have pics shortly...

who was it that posted the pics, where you tack some small tubing to support the front clip while the framerails are on some tubing (size depends on the amount of Z needed.. then you cut the front clip, remove the tubing from under the framerails, let them lay on the level surface, then go from there with the front. it should all be kept straight that way.
