so how many of you drive them daily and is it a pain sometime and also im in KC where we can get some cold ass temps and do youre line freeze up in the winters ? just wondering how practical a bagged daily drive would be
not as bad as your thinking if you use water/oil traps you dont have any water in your lines so they never freeze up...granted the bumper gets scratched up because of rocks and stuff like that( i know mine is) it...the only downside is when you have your truck getting worked on its hard to get around cuz you dont have no ride...
i have cylinders and it sucks i run into problems all the time i mean its fun and all to have air ride but there is always problems with the air ride whoever says they never have problems is a liar. i have to change my fittings once a year have to tephlon tape every year it sucks i have a water seperator but it stops the air into the tankwater still builds up in the tank so you should get 2 seperators overall its fun but when you run into a problem it sucks cause no one around here has anything liek it from o rings to fittings to oils to anything when i run into a promlem im stuck
My Element is bagged and its my daily. Ive only had the prob of blowing a bag once. It was down 6 days before I could get around to getting a new one. But I have by Blazer and '59 to drive around as well, so I wasnt hurting for a ride.
only probs i can think of that will happen is froze vavles, and alittle hot water cures that. and frozen check valves.
mine is driven daily not manny problems just little shit every now and then
Mine is driven everyday, about 8000 miles a year.
i drive mine daily, havent had any problems yet, then again i've only had it bagged for about 3 weeks. Where in kansas are you because i'm in the olathe area. Tag me sometime.
hell mine is a no top roadster and i even drive it in the rain......i get the goofiest looks....but i'm like yeah i'm a minitrucker....LOL
the only problems i have with my daily is my switch for my compressors keeps breaking and a couple of cracked fittings....no big though fixed them on my lunch break.
