Question for the BD'd rangers

ok i have a 97 ranger and i'm lookin to bd it. i have everything figured out i know how much i'm cuttin ect. but one thing i cant figure out is that tab that hangs down from the front feders right after the front wheels. WTF do i do with that? can i just cut it off or will it make the fender wobbley and look like shit. basically i dont want to half ass this, thats why i'm askin. thanks~alex
