Silver Star 2-link Question

I am looking at the Silver Star Customs Two Link system for a ranger but my question is, why doesn't it need a panhard bar? I thought with all two links you need a panhard to center the rear end, but the SSC link says it keeps the rear end centered through the whole suspension travel.

Does anyone have this kit, any good reviews on it or what?
