valves wont open help!

I just bought new GC extreme valves from grant kustoms, but they wont open.I got ground and I got power(check with test light) but the valves wont open or even click. WTF! someone help me out please.

those valves have 3 prongs, make sure you are only using 2 of them, one power, one ground. if they dont click, make sure they are getting power. if they still dont click, they dont work.

I know i am getting power so its not that.... how can both valves be bad?... The top center is ground and the sides are power right?....

no, the top one isnt used. one side is power, and the other side is ground, leave the top one alone.

You only use the two on the sides, the third one is not used in this type of application.
