Noise Ordinances???

I was just wondering how many of you on here have noise ordinances pertaining to loud music (car-stereo systems) where you live? Our current one involves fines that increase up to the 4th time, then it's to the poke for ya, but they are proposing a new one that you will lose your license for a month automatically, from what I understand........
