Chrysler 300 and Dodge Magnum Bolt Patterns

Ok I have seen people with wheels for the Dodge Magnum and Chrysler 300s with a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern even though a 5 on 115 is recommended. Does anyone know if the 5 on 4.5 will work ok? Especially for the long term.
