MDF speaker rings

where can i get some MDF speaker rings at a reasonable price we tried cutting out some with a sawsall but that was a pain what tool have you guys used to cut them with that turned out close to perfect I was thinking maybe a router anyone ever tried one?? or would a jigsaw work well?

i just cnc machined a set for my cad/cam class with a filleted inner edge and they came out sick. I probably could make more, depends on how much your willing to pay.

Im in big joes class and i got one too.. they are pretty sweet.
