unsafe vehicle ticket

i got a unsafe vehicle ticket today going to wal-mart for hyoraulics on my mini that has air ride and its a fix it ticket and the ass hole told me that i would have to take them off and put leaf springs back in it and eveything is there anyway to get out of this one or what has anyone had this done to them???? cuz i really like my truck on air and dont want to put my tuck back to stock
