air shock ride?

i have a question for those who have used or currently use the gabriel air shocks in the back. (with leaf suspension) does this set of shocks ride rough with no weight in the back?? thinking i may need em to carry my bike to and from the desert but dont know if its worth it for how little theres that much weight in the back.... dont want it to ride any rougher then stock.

truck is mostly stock. still running 185's on stock steelies and i currently have a 3" block in the back with the stops removed...

it doesnt ride ruff with nothing in the bed.. i had them on my ride at one time, and still have 3 of those shocks sitting in my garage lol

they ride like shit if u let the air out and ride them flat....
