Torsion bars once again

Ok, i've read every thread I could find on torsion bars. And am still confused. I know to loosen the one big bolt to lower the truck. But is there another bolt that has to be held in place while moving the big bolt?

yes its in there...i member doing mine and it was a bitch... i did it with 2 ppl/./ i held a wrench on the upper bolt while my friend took the air impact and loosened the lower bolt....

the bolt that you have to loose goes through the tranny Xmember, there are two nuts on each bolt

loosen the jam nut, then the nut then the bolt.
