Another Wheel Question

I'm looking at a set of IS350 wheels that i can get really, really, cheap!
the front are 18x8 with a 45mm offset i know these will fit because the wheel i have are the same size 40mm offset!
but the rear IS350 wheels are 18x8.5 with a 50mm offset! i know that they will tuck easy. but, that will add right at another 3/4"(appr. 20mm) more on the inside of the wheel! i think that's gonna be really close to the frame! but you guys let me know what you think!
