I just dropped my 88 with spindles in the front and lowered leafs in the rear. So right now it has a 2" drop in the front and a 2" drop in the rear. Can I do a 4" in the rear with out a c notch or just a 3" and remove the bump stops? I am going to drop the front 1 more inch by tightening the torsions. Please let me know my options in the back. Thanks

You need to do your research before you touch your truck...

First things first, IF YOU TIGHTEN THE TORSIONS you will RAISE the truck..

Now then, you can lower the back with 3" blocks, Pull the middle leaf and that will put you at 4.5" drop in the back or you can use 4 inch angle blocks..

Any more questions feel free to ask

well I put 2" lowered leafs in the rear for now so will I be able to put a 2" block in the rear with out c nothcing the rear for a total of 4" in the rear? I am just wondering If I have the clearance fromt he axle and frame?

Uh... yeah... you need to notch the back if you are goin to static drop it that much and you know, just go ahead and put some bags and shit on there when ya notch it. That oughtta work.

No you dont NEWB...

You can have a 5" drop in back as long as you take out your bump stops, and you will still have plenty of clearance.. If you bounce hard it will bottom out on the frame..

Before I bagged my toyota I had a 4.5" all around.. and it was fine

How much lift are you getting? I measured that I dropped my truck a total of 14" with the bodydrop. 10" of lift puts me about 1/2" above the tire up front.
