coming home from work(I live out in the country)I met a pt cruiser coming toward me right as he is about to pass me he flashes his lights a second later i hear brakes squeeling(sp) he swerve(sp) then overcorrects several times then hits a tree with his passenger rear quarter and spins his nose in the ditch it really freaked me out he claims my headlights were on bright and i blinded him I honestly can't remember it shook me up that i was that close to the wreck he's ok nothing broke or anything I just wanted to know legally if there is any way he could pin this on me he didn't hit me or anything and the lady that was behind him said he had just passed her about a mile before he wrecked and she said she was doing 60 and he passed her "like she was standing still" I'm guessing 80 or faster. so if i did have my lights on bright I'm not really sure is there any way i could be held liable I mean i hate he wrecked and everything and if i contribuited to it I hate it even worse I mean i would be mad too but he was clearly speeding so what do you guys think??
