I ordered a hood for a custom of mine on the 2nd of May. I was told that I would receive the hood on the 10th. I always tell my customers 2-3 days past that to cover my end. On the 10th nothing I called to see about it and I was told that it was in transit and I will have it on the 17th. Well I called today and nothing. The people there told me that it has not shipped yet and it should ship on monday and then i should see it 5 to 7 days after that. I have for the most part lost my rep with the customer and I have to give him a break on the hood and now I'm loosing money on painting it since he has no truck and no hood and no really time to tell him when it will be in.
So after giving you a background of the problem is this common with Godfathers. And has anyone else had this happen to them with them. I know that it will be a cold day when I order from them again.
