alright, so without a body drop, and minimal cut work, how hard is it to fit an 18?? and how much extra to fit a 20? any info and/or pics would be nice...thanx guys,
With 18's you need to cut ,change the front inner fenders,or the rim will hit & pull out a tie rod end!
Also you should tub the fire wall at the same time. I didn't & it will be a problem.20's will need a lot of change, also much more rolling mass= a brake problem!
u only need to cut the tire lol..j/k..im takin notes
would seven teens be a good size? im planining on doing a massive body drop next year....
yea seventeens are good thats what i had for 4 years
215/35r18's aren't much bigger then a 205/40r17. GO !18!!!! And how massive a bodydrop ya thinking about going?
Even if you door it you can fit 18s. Lol.
yes but are you willing to drive your truck with the Bump steer your going to have . The tie rods gonna be a a nice angle at a height to clear the wheel well to steer.
i dunno what a nice body droip i wanna do to the doors but that might be pushing it no?? i read in mt a while back, in one of the under construction rides the guy had a 51/2 bd on 19's... that a lil much for me, this is gunna be daily dragd....any sugestions/pics of different bds'?
2".
Personaly, I'd just go to the rocker, or go a little bit into it. I don't like true doored trucks that much. They just look like too much is missing IMO.
